When will my package be shipped?

Your package will be shipped within 2 business days of placing the order (Mon-Thurs). USPS will be utilized to fulfill most shipments and shipping times may vary depending on your region. We will email you a tracking number as soon as it goes out the door so you can follow it on its journey to you. ERGO Grips reserves the right to use any alternate means of shipping necessary to achieve a timely and cost-effective delivery to our customers.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your upgrades. It’s why all ERGO Grips products are made in the U.S.A. to the highest standards. If for any reason you wish to return an ERGO product within 90 days of receiving, you may do so without any questions asked. If the product was purchased through a Distributor or Dealer, please attempt to conduct the return through them.

All products returned must be UNUSED & UNMODIFIED.

Please call Customer Service at 877-281-3783 to initiate the return.

Customer must pay the shipping cost to return the product. Proof of purchase and restocking fees may be required.

I need a copy of my invoice for my order. How would I find a copy?

We ship all packages with an invoice that can be found along with the product. If you need a copy of the invoice, we can email it to you or you can visit My Account -> Orders for an instant copy of your invoice.

Yes, we offer a discount for active-duty customers. Active-duty customers receive 10% off their purchases. We will call to verify before we process your order.

Do you have a plug for the Tactical Deluxe Grip?

Designed to plug the cavity on the bottom of our Tactical Deluxe Grips. Securely press fits into the bottom of any TDX grip and helps prevent debris from lodging in the cavity of the grip. It also functions as a shock-absorbing pad to protect the grip when setting the rifle down on hard surfaces.

Does the hardware for installation come with the grips?
Yes, all of our grips come with the correct hardware to install them. If you need a replacement set of hardware, these can be purchased on the website ergogrips.net
Can I cut my rail covers to size?
Yes. All of our rail covers can be cut down to fit perfectly your firearm.  Be sure to measure the size required and make one cut using a sharp blade or scissors.
How do I file a warranty claim?
To file a claim, please contact us at (877) 281-3783 or submit a ticket describing the problem with photos if possible.
Do any of the Tactical Deluxe series grips come with a plug?

The Tactical Deluxe Grips (SKUs 4045, 4055, 4025, 4035, 4020, & 4021) do not come with a grip plug. Plugs for these grips are available separately at ergogrips.net (4112 fits 4045,4025) (4113 fits 4020,4021)

What is the difference between the 4865 and 4865-short?

The MOSSBERG 500/590 TRI-RAIL FOREND comes in two sizes, use the following diagram to see where to measure.

The SKU 4865 is 6 15/16”

The SKU 4865-SHORT is 5 13/16”
